Please note we do not live where the chickens are so do not knock on any of the houses next door as they are getting pretty annoyed with us.

Also next to us is a white gate for a house called Keel Cottage. Please don't park in front of this gate.

Postcode for Sat Nav is S75 4DR .There is not a street name/house number as it is a plot of land that we rent, so please use the directions below. If you get lost or don't have a Sat-Nav then go to the village of Cawthorne which is less than a mile away. There is a country pub there called Spencer Arms - call us when you are in the car park and we can meet you and take you down. ( And to confuse you even more there is a pub half a mile the other way called The Spencers Arms - but this is currently closed - don't get the 2 mixed up ... a lot of people do)

Please do bring a box/pet carrier if you have one and ring us ideally as you are setting off, and when you are 10 minutes away.

Driving from the North  - Leeds, York etc

Come off the motorway (M1) at Junction 38 and take the 3rd exit marked Barnsley & Cannon Hall. Drive for about 1 mile over a small mini roundabout and you will come to another slightly larger roundabout. (A pub called the chestnut tree is on the right hand side). Turn right, drive up to and through the traffic lights and under the motorway bridge. Keep driving for about 1 minute and you will see a bus stop on the left hand side, followed by an area where you can pull in and park. Our hens are kept on the other side of the road, through the green gate (last gate before the field) Our cars are a dark green volvo estate and a gold mondeo and will probably be parked on the main road. Driving from the South  - Sheffield etc

Come off the motorway (M1) at Junction 37 and go left towards Manchester. At the 3rd little roundabout go right and follow signs for Barugh Green and Higham. Driving from Holmfirth

Get on the A635 to Barnsley and drive past the turnoff for Cannon Hall and the 2 left turnoffs for Cawthorne. After approx one mile you will see a red triangular warning sign telling you to slow for horses. We are the next house on the left, next to the field. (if you go under the motorway then you've gone too far.)
